Chainsaw Man is a manga series written and illustrated by Tatsuki Fujimoto which began serialization in Weekly Shonen Jump on December 3, 2018. It follows the story of a kid named Denji after he gains the power of the Chainsaw Devil from his dog Pochita. Though on the surface it's your traditional shonen or seinen manga; if you pay close attention to the subtle writing, there's something much deeper going on. This is the story of Denji losing his innocence and discovering what he really wants. Follow Denji, Power, Aki and Makima through their many misadventures and come along with me to examine what Fujimoto is REALLY trying to say.
