Challenging 20 Mins Intermediate Weighted Rebounding Circuit on a Jumpsport Fitness Trampoline

⭕️An Intermediate Circuit using weights to spice things up a bit. Working for 1 minute 30 seconds with then a 30 second rest, I decided to skip the rest part and add in some Power Jumps. Obviously these are optional, but the whole point of this workout is to kick some butt and really make you go for it! Choose your weight wisely as you still want to concentrate on good posture throughout the whole workout.
