Chanay Ki Daal Gosht:
Ingredients:
Mutton ½ kg
Gram lentils (soaked) 1 cup
Onion chopped 2
Tomato chopped 2
Salt as required
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
All spices powder 1 tsp
Cloves 4-5
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
Oil 1 cup
Green chilies 3-4
Green coriander for garnishing
Method:
In a pan heat oil and fry onion till then golden brown. Then add ginger garlic paste and tomato add and cook till then tender .after this all spices mixand add mutton. When mutton change the color then add gram lentil and add 1 cup of water then cover with lid and cook till then tender .when separate the oil then sprinkling all spices .finally add green coriander and green chili and leave on dum for 5 minutes .
Chicken Malai Boti:
Ingredients :
Boneless chicken ½ kg
Foil 1
Butter melted 50 grams
Salt ½ tsp
Yogurt ½ cup
Cream ½ cup
Roasted cumin 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Crushed red chili 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Caraway seeds roasted ½ tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Method :
In chicken all ingredients mix and leave for ½ hour. Then spread the butter on foil and place on dish .after this pour chicken on dish and bake 200 degree centigrade for 30 minutes and serve.
