Charsi mutton is a popular dish originating from the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan. It's known for its rich and flavorful preparation, typically featuring tender pieces of mutton (dumba meat) cooked with fat without spices and herbs. The dish often includes very few ingredients such as salt, green chilies and tomatoes. In this video we are making white charsi mutton which is made only with salt and green chilies and is very popular among locals.
