Today we begin the RatRig V-Core 4 IDEX upgrade project. In this series we will be upgrading the V-Core 4 HYBRID setup to the dual tool head IDEX configuration. During this upgrade session we will also install the Orbiter 2 Smart Sensors for filament runout/tangle management and the RatPack for filtration. Today we begin by disassembling the existing toolhead as several of the printed parts will be swapped for different versions. When upgrading from the single toolhead to the IDEX the X/Y Belts become independent X belts for each toolhead. The left lower rear motor drives T0 (the left toolhead) while the right lower rear motor drive T1 (the right toolhead).
