RECIPES:
Sourdough Pancakes:
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt ( I used celtic salt)
1 cup sourdough discard
1 1/2 cups buttermilk
2 large egg s
2 tablespoons avocado oil
2 tablespoons vanilla
Mix well, and cook until bubbly. Flip and cook the other side. We ate ours with a berry sauce and greek yogurt!
