Ingredients (serves 3)

Eggs (2 medium size)

White dashi (2 tablespoons)

Water (250cc)

Chikuwa (1 skewer)

Shiitake mushroom (1 skewer)

Peeled shrimp (as much as you like)

Add your favorite ingredients.
Chicken, kamaboko, ginkgo nuts, etc...
