Today’s beginning with some sweet green burmese grape fruit “Dau Tien” in Truoi village. This green burmese grape fruit “Dau Tien” variety looks almost like a popular green burmese grape fruit in the West, but when ripe the green peel will appear a characteristic a pink mark, and most specialty here is this burmese grape is sweet when grown in Truoi soil only. Thanks to the sweet taste, beautiful color and ripening right on the 5th of May (Lunar), so the people of Truoi village also consider “Dau Tien” to be a worship fruit to offer to the ancestor of the “Tet Doan Ngo” holiday.
After visiting O Hao's burmese grape garden, I have lunch with the famous wet rice paper cake “Banh Uot” with roasted pork of Ms. Suu here. The belly pork is crispy roasted with yellow skin, served with “Banh Uot”, fresh vegetables, pickles and chili garlic fish sauce. A meal for 2 people is 100,000 VND, there are also beef porridge, but Khoai does not like it so much, so almost only eat the “Banh Uot” with roasted pork here. On the same day, when coming back to Hue City, Khoai went to Thien Mu Pagoda to visit and had a small tea break at Di Nhien Tea House, the tea shop owner was quite strict in enjoying tea, and unpleased to appear in video, so Khoai do not shoot video so much. In the evening, Khoai chose sweet soup shop of MoTon Dich next to the Huong riverside to eat and enjoy the wind from the river, the restaurant was still delicious and crowded like before, so the service sometimes was not very pleasant. In the past, Khoai usually eat sweet soup of Hem shop, but because of the unstable service and quality, recently Khoai only eat in this shop, but now I see the situation not much better than.
Many delicious shops in Hue, because of so many customers they lost their own soul and quality of Hue ...so pity.
