Well my cheap Kmart rice cooker has been so amazing, but lets see how it compares to the InstantPot pressure cooker! Van life (Australia) poses some limitations when it comes to cooking, you need to consider ventialation, power draw, space etc. I found using the rice cooker to be great for reheating food, cooking rice meals, casseroles and even baking cakes! But there are a few reasons I wanted to upgrade, one was for health reasons and the other for more versatility. Watch to see if it's the rice cooker or the pressure cooker that comes out on top (for my requirements).
