I always try and tell the client, it's not always good to hire your own contractor unless it's someone that they personally know, I'm all about saving money when and where i can for my clients, but still give them quality work for a rental property. I had nothing to do with anything over here so far, other than the cleanout with Angry L and his crew, which they did a awesome job and ended up being some very funny moments in those video's.
My guy will do the floor, and I know how that will turn out, I just thought this would be further along than what it is. But I will give updates and video's to see how this turns out.
