Cheesecake with Cottage Cheese / Romanian Easter Cake

Butter Dough:
20 gr. pressed yeast (7 grams dry)
85 ml. milk
370 g flour
70 gr. sugar
85 gr. butter
1.5 tbsp sunflower oil, odorless
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla sugar
1/2 tsp salt
Curd Filling:
200 gr. cottage cheese
50 gr. sour cream (yogurt, cream) (I have 20%)
1 egg
80 ... 100 g. sugar
50 gr. raisins
50 gr. butter
30 gr. corn starch
a pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla sugar
1/2 small lemon zest
+1 egg and 1 tablespoon milk for greasing the cake
You need to bake the cake at 356 F - 40 ... 45 minutes. The baking time and temperature will depend on the particular oven.
