Full written recipe - Cheesy Paneer Bread Roll Prep time: 5-10 minutes Cooking time: 15-20 minutes Serves: 4-5 people Ingredients: Filling PANEER | पनीर 250 GRAMS PROCESSED CHEESE | प्रोसेस्ड चीज़ 50-100 GRAMS MIXED BELL PEPPERS | मिक्सड बेल पेपर्स 3/4 CUP (CHOPPED) GREEN CHILLI | हरी मिर्च 2 NOS. (CHOPPED) GINGER | अदरक 1 TSP (CHOPPED) SPRING ONION GREENS | हरे प्याज़ के पत्ते A HANDFUL FRESH CORIANDER | हरा धनिया A HANDFUL (CHOPPED) OREGANO | ऑरिगेनो A PINCH CHILLI FLAKES | चिली फ्लैक्स A PINCH DRY MANGO POWDER | आमचूर पाउडर A PINCH SALT | नमक TO TASTE SANDWICH BREAD SLICES | सैंडविच ब्रेड स्लाइसिस AS REQUIRED (to make breadrolls) Method: Crush & add the paneer into a large bowl then grate & add the cheese using a large hole grate. Add all the ingredients of the filling & mix well using a spoon, the filling is ready. To shape the bread rolls, take the bread slices & make sure you use the large size, stack them onto a chopping board & trim off the sides, this step is very important because if you keep the sides then the bread roll won't seal properly which will make the bread roll oily. Now to shape the bread roll, take one slice & dip it into water, make sure it wet on both the sides, then place the slice between your palms & squeeze out the excess moisture, squeeze it enough to flatten the bread completely. Flatten the bread slice is crucial as it eliminates the porous texture of the bread, it will again soak in oil while frying if it's not flattened completely. Now take a handful of the filling, gently squeeze it to bring it together, place it in the center of the bread & bring the corners together, then using your palm & finger press it while rotating it to form an oval / egg shaped bread roll. There should be no cracks, shape all the bread rolls similarly & let them rest for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a deep pan/kadhai until it gets moderately hot (175° C). Once rested, add 3-4 bread rolls into the hot oil carefully & fry over high flame until crisp & golden brown.
