Cinnamon and cloves – few
Sliced onion – 1nos
Tomato – 3nos
Grated coconut – 2tbsp
For Dish
Groundnut oil – 3tbsp
Fennel seeds – 1tsp
Star anise – 2nos
Chilli powder – 1tsp
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Coriander powder – 1tsp
Boiled cauliflower with turmeric and salt – 1 cup
Kashmiri chilli powder – 1tsp
Kasturi methi – ¼ tsp
Salt – as required
