The result is a flavorful and comforting dish that is perfect for a snack, appetizer, or side dish. The combination of creamy mashed potatoes, melty cheese, and crispy breadcrumb coating creates a delightful texture and taste experience.
Combine ingredients: In a large bowl, combine mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese, parsley, beaten egg, flour, and bread crumbs. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
