Cherry pie that melts in your mouth! Simple and very tasty!
Ingredients: (8 inch/22 cm diameter pan)
2 cups All-purpose flour (240 g)
1 tsp Baking powder
Salt - a pinch
5 tbsp Butter (100 g)
1/4 cup Powdered sugar (50 g)
1 Egg
0.6 lb Pitted cherries (300 g)
1/2 cup Sugar (100 g)
2.5 tbsp Cornstarch (30 g)
Crumb:
1/2 cup Flour (50 g)
2 tbsp Sugar (30 g)
2.5 tbsp Butter (50 g)
Bake at 356~°F (180°C) 35 - 40 minutes
