Chi-Square Test for Independence for Linked Genes w/ Contingency Tables | Genetics Ep. 25

In this video we go over the chi-square test of independence to test for independent assortment or linkage. In this example we use a contingency table to determine the expected number of progeny with the observed progeny. We then calculate the chi-square value, determine the degrees of freedom, and then compare the chi-square to the table of critical values. If you have any questions, let me know in the comments.
