6 slices cooked bacon crumbled
4 cooked chicken breasts cut into bite-sized pieces
32 tater tots or enough to cover the bottom of a 9 X 13-inch pan
½ cup ranch dressing
1 cup milk
3 TBSPS butter
2 TBSPS flour
1 ½ cups mild cheese or whatever you have on hand
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the flour. Cook the flour for one to two minutes to cook out the flour taste and then gradually add the milk. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and then add ½ of the cheese. Stir in the bacon and the chicken and cook over low heat until everything is warm. In the meantime pour your tater tots into a 9 X 13-inch pan, enough to cover the bottom of the pan. Arrange the chicken-bacon mixture over the top and smooth it out. Bake in a 375-degree oven for 35 minutes.
