This is a special episode as Pooja is coming back from her 6 months maternity leave. Shreeja ( Our daughter ) is now 5 months old and we are able to shoot for the video as she is now stable and out of her newborn phase.
In this Episode Pooja harvested Passion fruits from a neighboring farm. Passion fruit is a less known fruit in Maharashtra though it is recently planted in southern kokan, goa, kerala etc. Passion fruit is a sweet and sour fruit and it is very popular for making mojito, iced tea, drinks, sweet etc.
Here in this Episode Pooja has prepared Chicken Fry recipe marinating it with passion fruit juice. The fried chicken tasted unique.
I had gone to Mapusa Market for some work and got some fancy vegetables. Pooja got upset that I brought those being so expensive here.
Although she prepared a delicious salad using those veggies and passion fruit. She also prepared a refreshing iced tea using passion fruit.
We all had lunch with passion fruit flavored meal.
Next day Pooja prepared a unique dessert called Passion fruit slice. It turned out very delicious and even Mowgli enjoyed it.
