第一道菜 : First Dish
泡椒炒鸡胗 - Chicken Gizzard with pickled pepper
材料: Ingredients:
8~10个 鸡胗 - 8~10 Chicken gizzard
少许 酸菜 - dash of Sauerkraut / Pickled Sour Mustard
一汤匙 黑豆豉 - 1 tbsp Black beans
6~8片 姜片 - 6~8 slices ginger
1粒 蒜米 - 1 garlic
少许 鸡油 - dash of Chicken fat
汤匙 蚝油 - 1 tbsp oyster sauce
少许 胡椒粉 - dash of white pepper
少许油 - dash of Oil
1茶匙 玉米粉(勾芡) - 1 tsp corn flour (for Thickening)
5~6 条 青辣椒 -5~6 green chili
一条 红辣椒 - 1 red chili
3 汤匙 拌饭剁辣椒 - 3 tbsp Chopped Chili Sauce
半茶匙 糖 - ½ tsp sugar
第二道菜: Second Dish:
青炒菜心 - tir-fried Choy Sum
少许油 - dash of Oil
2汤匙 猪油渣 - 2 tbsp crispy lard cubes
少许蒜米 - dash of garlic
菜心 - Choy sum
少许盐 - dash of salt
第三道菜 :Three Dish
大蒜炒烧肉芽菇 - Stir Fried Chinese Leek with Roasted Pork
少许油 - dash of Oil
烧肉- Roasted Pork
少许蒜米 - dash of garlic
适量的 芽菇 - Proper Amount of arrowhead root
适量的 大蒜苗 - Proper Amount of Garlic sprouts
少许盐 - dash of salt
少许 胡椒粉 - dash of white pepper
一茶匙李順興花菇齋蠔油 - 1 tsp Lee Shun Hing Mushroom Oyster Sauce
少许 酱油/老抽 - dash of soy sauce
少许 糖 - dash of sugar
1茶匙 玉米粉(勾芡) - 1 tsp corn flour (for Thickening)
一汤匙 花雕酒 - 1 tbsp Huadiao wine
