Ingredients to make Chicken Gravy:
1. Chicken (Chicken thigh and breast 2:1 if possible for the best result)
- 1300 gram
2. Garam masala - 8 gram
3. Green chilli - 4 pieces, longly chopped from the middle
4. Salt - 18 gram
5. Ghee - 80 ml
6. Kashmiri red chilli powder - 9 gram
7. Black pepper (It will provide strong spicy taste) - 20 peppercorn crushed
9. Onion - 120 gram finely chopped
10. Ginger garlic crushed (not paste) - 60 gram ( 20 gram ginger and 40 gram garlic)
11. Tomato - 600 gram finely chopped
