Today we will cook chicken in a creamy mushroom sauce. We will cook on the grill.
Put a frying pan on the finished coals and pour vegetable oil.
Add chicken drumsticks to the heated oil, and while they are cooking, start chopping the mushrooms. I use champignons.
After a few minutes, turn the legs over, add salt, and continue to cut the mushrooms.
Our chicken is fried and we remove it from the pan.
Put the mushrooms in a pan and fry them until tender.
When the moisture leaves the mushrooms, I add 250 grams of cream and a glass of water.
We add a teaspoon of mustard to our sauce for thickness and flavor.
When the sauce has thickened, add the pasta. Add another glass of water, stir and cover.
Take any hard cheese and grate it on a fine grater and add to our dish.
Put the chicken on top and cover with a lid. We wait 10 minutes, add pepper and salt.
We stir our dish and taste it! Incredibly delicious!
