Use Kashmiri chilli powder or paste. - Once fried you can cool and then deep freeze the lollypops to use it within a month. - If you do not wish to use chicken you can replace it with soya chaap and follow the same recipe. - Storage – after frying the chicken, cool and then freeze them. Use within 4weeks. - Shelf life – once ready use within 2 days.
