1/2 cup milk
1 tsp sugar
7-10g yeast
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup boiling water
3 cups flour
Filling:
1-2 tblsp oil
1 small onion diced
3 chicken fillets finely diced
2 stalks spring onion
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
1/2 tsp ginger & garlic
1/4 tsp green/red chilli paste
1/4 tsp mixed herbs
Salt to taste
2 tblsp chopped coriander
1 tsp paprika
Egg wash(1 egg + 1 tsp water)
Sesame seeds
50g butter + 1 tsp Chopped coriander
