Let's get started on making this delightful Tasty White Chicken Pulao together! #WhiteChickenPulao #ChickenPulaoRecipe #ChefAmritaRaichand #TastyPulao #DeliciousRecipes Chicken Pulao Ingredients Chicken (curry cut) - 600 gms Curd - 2 tbsp GG paste - 1 tsp Salt to taste ASR Garam Masala - 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Pd - 1 tsp Basmati Rice - 1 cup Water - 2 cups Oil - 2 tbsp Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp Turmeric Pd - 1/2 tsp Method -In a mixing bowl, add the chicken pieces & marinate with salt, turmeric pd, red chilli pd, garam masala, curd and gg paste. Coat the chicken pieces completely with this and keep it aside. -Heat oil in a pressure cooker & add the cumin seeds. Allow them to crackle. -Add the marinated chicken & give a good mix. Do this on a high flame & allow the chicken to get a little browning. ( If the masala sticks to the pan, sprinkle some water) -Add the rice & water & give a stir. -Close & give one whistle. Once the pressure releases, open & serve hot with raita. For the Raita In a bowl, add curd. Season with chaat masala, salt & pepper.
