Chief Justice John Roberts paused a lower court's decision and allowed the Trump administration to keep foreign assistance funds frozen for now. The Wednesday night ruling comes as protesters gather outside the USAID building in Washington, D.C., on Thursday in support of fired workers who are being forced to clean out their workspaces as the administration dismantles the agency. CBS News' Natalie Brand and Caitlin Huey-Burns report.
