Chief Meteorologist Lisa Teachman: National Weather Service layoffs are worrying

Hundreds of weather forecasters and other federal National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration employees are out of a job. Lawmakers in Washington say the layoffs include National Weather Service meteorologists.
