Introduction:
Roushan in Weihai, Shandong Province, was the first city in China to receive the United Nations Human Settlements Award and was rated as the city most suitable for long-term human habitation. It is a 4A-level tourist attraction in China and a famous place for longevity in Shandong. I do not understand why such a city would be called a ghost town. I accidentally saw a video on Bilibili that shows seaside houses costing only tens of thousands of yuan, which inspired me to take a trip to Roushan. After watching the entire video, you will not only learn the true reason why Roushan is known as a ghost town, but also what seaside houses costing from tens of thousands to several million yuan look like. You may even be surprised to find that Roushan has attracted so many young people to live here.
