免油炸角仔 賀年食品 [中字幕]

還有兩星期便到農曆新年,很多中式賀年食品,開始要動手做了。油角,又稱「角仔」,是中國南方賀年食品之一;主要餡料有花生、椰蓉和砂糖。小時候的農曆新年前一星期,會看到媽媽炸油角,是兒時回憶的香氣和味道。現在科技進步了,便可用烤箱做一款不經油炸的角仔,少一點油膩,但依然鬆脆。
材料 Ingredients:
麵皮 Pastry:
高筋麵粉 Bread flour 150克/g
雞蛋 Egg 1隻
無鹽牛油 Unsalted butter 50克/g
開水 Water 25克/g
餡料 Filling:
花生碎 Peanuts 60克/g
椰蓉 Shredded Coconut 20克/g
砂糖 Sugar 20克/g
