Chocolate Cake| Chocolate sponge cake| Basic cake recipe Ingredients: Egg- 4 ( At room temperature) powdered Sugar-1 cup ( 150g, mentioned 125 g in video, by mistake.). it's is equal to 3/4 cup regular granulated sugar. I powdered regular sugar. Salt-1/4 teaspoon Baking soda-1/4 teaspoon Baking powder-1 &1/2 teaspoon Cocoa Powder-1/2 cup (50 g) All Purpose flour/ plain flour-1 cup ( 130 g) Vegetable Oil-3/4 cup (180 ml) Vanilla Essence-1&1/2 teaspoon Baking: Bake in a preheated oven ( preheat the oven at 180 C for 10 minutes) at 180C for 30 minutes.
