Hello Dazzlers... There is so much info in the actual video this time Im just going to post links and melting info.
I melt my chocolate in intervals til chocolate is 75%-80% melted so I dont overheat the chocolate. Usually this time frame works. If need be I will add another 10 sec at the end.
Intervals: 30 secs stir, 20 secs stir, 10 secs stir til melted.
Make sure to let sit for 3-5 mins to cool down. temperature should be between 88°-92° for most compound chocolates.
