🍫 Ingredients (for 8 heart-shaped chocolates, 50g each):
Chocolate shells: dark chocolate
Filling:
200g (7 oz) mascarpone
10g (0.35 oz) gelatin
50ml (1.7 oz) water
200g (7 oz) milk chocolate
150ml (5.1 oz) heavy cream
50g (1.8 oz) powdered sugar
50g (1.8 oz) pistachio paste
1 tsp matcha powder
50g (1.8 oz) coconut flakes
📌 How to Make It:
1️⃣ Melt the dark chocolate and coat the silicone heart molds. Chill until set.
2️⃣ Bloom the gelatin in water and let it absorb.
3️⃣ Prepare the matcha filling by mixing mascarpone, matcha, powdered sugar, pistachio paste, coconut flakes, and heavy cream.
4️⃣ Gently heat the gelatin and mix it into the filling.
5️⃣ Fill the chocolate shells and seal with melted milk chocolate. Chill again.
6️⃣ Decorate with white chocolate drizzle and heart sprinkles.
