# White Chocolate Base
• Condensed milk 100 g
• Butter 25 g around 1.5 tbsp
• Khoya 100 g
• White chocolate 200g - 220 g
# Motichoor ladoo Chocolate Mithai
# Motichoor ladoo as required
• White chocolate base
• Roasted melon seeds
• Dry rose petals (optional)
• Rose essence 3-4 drops (optional)
• Cardamom powder a pinch
# Melted white chocolate to make shell
# Kalakand Chocolate Mithai
# Kalakand as required
• White chocolate base
• Yellow food colour
# Melted white chocolate to make shell
# Barfi Chocolate Mithai
# Barfi as required
• White chocolate base
• Cardamom powder
# Melted white chocolate to make shell
# Bounty Blast Chocolate Mithai
# For filling
• Desiccated coconut 20 g
• Condensed milk 10 g
Ratio of desiccated coconut to condensed milk is 2:1 shat so ever amount you will use.
• Roasted khoya 10 g
• Coconut essence few drops as required (optional)
If the dough is little dry, you can add little condensed milk.
# Melted dark and white chocolate to make the shell
# Royal Rose Chocolate Mithai
• Barfi as required
• White chocolate base
• Chopped nuts of your choice (almonds, cashews, pistachios etc.)
• Dry rose petals
• Pink food colour
• Rose essence
• Gulkand 1/2 tsp
• Desiccated coconut 1 tsp
These measurements are of one big piece which I made in the session . You can adjust the amount as per your requirement
# Melted White chocolate & oil based pink colour for the shell
• Chopped nuts & dry rose petals for garnishing
