Chorafali
Ingredients :
Chorafali Atta :
300 gm - Chana Dal
75 gm - Urad dal White
150 gm - Chora Dal
Total : 525/- u can make it from above
Clean Properly and Grind fine powder
Method :
Take A pan and add
1 +1/2 Cup - Water
1+1/2 tbsp - Salt
mix very well
500 gm - Chorafali Atta
2 tbsp - Urad Dal Atta (extra needed for soft texture )
1 tsp - Cooking Soda
1 Cup less 1 tbsp - above water
and make a Hard dough
with the help of pestle fold it and pound it properly
pound it till lighter colour and soft dough
make roll and cut into balls and pour 1 tbsp oil and and roll it like thin chapati
keep it for little dry and cut long strips
fry it in fast flame
Masala :
1 tbsp - Red Chilli Powder
1 tbsp - Black Salt
miix it
Sprinkle some masala on top of fry chorafali and serve
