A little early Christmas party🎄✨
This year was my first attempt at a strawberry shortcake!
I didn't make anything elaborate for the dish, but something festive.

🗒Recipe
◉Strawberry sponge cake

*Omit the cocoa powder from the dough.
*Sheet sponge baked in 28cm squares
◉Egg frittata
4 eggs
1 small potato
1/2 onion
A few strips of bacon
Dill to taste
50 ml heavy cream
◉ Ratatouille (4 servings)
1/2 onion
1 zucchini
2 eggplants
1 red bell pepper
3 green peppers
2 cloves garlic
1 can tomato
2 bay leaves
salt to taste
1/2~2/3 of a can of tomatoes seemed to be good.
Or you can add 1 can of tomatoes and cook it down 👍.
◉Risotto with mushrooms
1 cup rice
1 package mushrooms
1 pack maitake mushrooms
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 teaspoon salt
15 g butter
A dash of Parmigiano-Reggiano
