Cinnamon Stick Scones
3 cups all purpose flour
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup cold butter
1 cup buttermilk
10 ounce package Hershey’s cinnamon chips
Preheat oven to 425°F
Stir together the dry ingredients. Cut the butter into the dry ingredients. Add the buttermilk until a soft dough forms. Add the chips and knead on a lightly floured surface until mixed well.
Form into a disk and cut into wedges. Spread melted butter over top and sprinkle with sugar. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet for 10 to 12 minutes. 
You may want to add a simple powdered sugar glaze to the top.
