How to replace the pads on the back of a Citroen C5 MK1 (the MK2 should be the same).
These rear callipers are made from aluminium and split into two halves, the bolts that hold the two halves and the pads in place can react with the aluminium calliper which can make this job a much more time consuming and frustrating process. I haven't changed the pads since getting this C5 but thankfully the bolts came out with relative ease although I took a couple of steps prior to trying to turn them loose in an attempt to help and free them up.
As the calliper in this video came apart I also removed the disk, this may help if overhauling the rear brakes on a C5.
