Il est de bon ton aujourd’hui de se moquer de la Citroën Visa. Première Citroën de l’ère Peugeot — la LN n’étant qu’un produit opportuniste —, elle va pourtant tenir son rang durant les dix années de sa carrière en complétant habilement la gamme qui, grâce à elle, ne fait plus le grand écart. Certes, son style est particulier, au point d’être habilement restylée deux ans et demi après son lancement, mais la Visa, bien que profitant d’une plate-forme Peugeot et complétant son offre bicylindre par un moteur X, s’avère une vraie Citroën, innovante, déroutante et finalement envoûtante tant elle est décalée.
