Class 40, The Survivors , Full Power Part one .

The first in a three part series Filmed between 2015 and 2023 we see the 5 remaining operable Class 40s in Preservation and on the Mainline. 40012 40013 40106 40135 (currently u/s undergoing engine repairs ) 40145 All are seen at a various locations on various Preserved lines with 40013 and 40145 also seen in action on the mainline . All shots feature the locos on full power with the last shot being a night shoot of 013 proving they always sound better in the dark !
