Part 2 of the Space-Use and Behavioral State Estimation Workshop.
This shows a live-coding exercise on data cleaning and exploration with a green sea turtle (Chelonia mydas) satellite telemetry dataset. All coding is performed using the R programming language within the RStudio IDE, with emphasis on data visualization to evaluate patterns and to remove aberrant points. Data cleaning and exploration is primarily performed using R packages within the {tidyverse}.
