可可粉 3克
奶油奶酪 250克
细砂糖 55克
室温鸡蛋 2个(每个约65克带壳)
奶油 100克
低筋面粉10克
☘️** 预热烤箱至220C/430F
**220C/430F烤制30分钟
**室温放凉后,冰箱冷藏4小时或以上再食用

☘️ Coffee mixture
Cream (heated) 30g
Espresso powder 5g
Cocoa powder 3g
Cream Cheese 250g
Caster sugar 55g
2 room temperature egg (65g each with shell)
Cream 100g
Cake flour 10g
☘️** Preheat the oven to 220C/430F
**Bake at 220C/430F for 30 minutes
**Let it cool at room temperature and chill in the fridge for 4 hours or over.
