Many years ago, air suspension was seen as an upgrade over the basic coil suspension of the time. Nowadays, it seems that the tables have turned… But is ‘upgrading’ to a coil rear shock actually an upgrade? Our resident tester Rich Payne has offered to do a blind test to see if he can actually feel the difference. Will one shock feel more linear, will the small bump sensitivity be different and does one have less ‘pop’ than the other? These are all questions Rich will answer!
