Video Not Working? Fix It Now

I am AJ, the Wax Painter. But today I am the Cold Wax Painter. I many times alternate between cold wax and hot wax. They are very different. Cold wax is a medium made from Beeswax mixed with mineral spirits. Hot Wax is encaustic wax that as the word says- requires heat and fusing. In this video I am using R&F Pigment Sticks with their Wax Medium to work on a small abstract painting. I also use the R&F Pigment Sticks in my Encaustic Wax paintings to be used to highlight scraped or incised lines in the wax. This technique requires no heat element, but it does require drying time, just like a traditional oil painting. As you can see I am using a Silicon Shaper type brush, but you may also use a traditional oil paint brush and paint in a traditional way, just like in oil paints. listed below are the affiliate links to the products that I have used: R & F Paints Pigment Sticks Sample Pack of 3 https://amzn.to/2TDshyJ R& F Paints Pigment Sticks Pack of 6 Basic Colors https://amzn.to/2THGf2l R& F Paints Blender Wax Medium https://amzn.to/2G8ucbg Gamlin Cold Wax Medium https://amzn.to/3e9gnpR Arches Cold Press Paper for Oil Paint https://amzn.to/2TC80JS Silicon Shaper Brushes Flat https://amzn.to/2TAzUG3 Actual Shaper Brush used in Video https://amzn.to/3e6gv9z Assorted Small Silicon Shaper Brushes https://amzn.to/3jFRL95 #coldwax #abstractart #learntopaint
