Replacing Thru-Hulls and Seacocks
The goal for us was to replace the seacocks. Since we are the third owner of the boat, we didn´t know how old the Thrue-Hulls and Seacocks was. But the boat is from 1997 so they can actually be 20 years old.
The new ones of composite. We chose True-Design. The reason is, among other things, that these are acid resistant, corrosion resistant, frost proof, manage extreme heat and manage very high load. Remember to choose English subtitles

Vi tok opp Fryd på Skattøra marina i Tromsø. Målet var å skifte alle skroggjennomføringene under vannlinja. De gamle gjennomføringene var av messing. Siden vi er tredje eier av båten vet vi ikke hvor gamle de var. Men båten er fra 1997 så de kan faktisk være 20 år gamle.
De nye av kompositt. Vi valgte True-Design. Grunnen er blant annet at disse er syrebestandig, korrosjonsbestandige, frostsikre, tåler ekstrem varme og tåler meget høy belastning.
