Well it seems like it's been forever! I have had numerous technical difficulties but hopefully with my new laptop I'll be able to get something up soon. In the meantime here is a tribute I made a year or so ago, dedicated to an actor who I think is one of the finest and most underrated in history-- Conrad Veidt. As soon as I heard this song I just knew I had to use it for him one day; not just because he's German but because there's something so mystical and hypnotising about the song, yet also strangely sensitive or emotional, which reflects him PERFECTLY. Sure he's famous for playing heartless evil men but nearly all his characters, bar Strasser, have some more fragile quality to them, whether it's a tragic love or childish insanity. It's his deathday today and I thought it would be fitting to upload it. There's so much I'd like to change about it, but I can't have it sitting unnoticed on my harddrive forever! Hope you enjoy it anyway, despite its faults x
