This is a re-master with quality enhancements including up-scaling to 1080p resolution. Of course the original video is standard definition, and will look its best if played in the normal size YouTube player.
This part focuses on Conrail trains in Charlton & Spencer, Massachusetts in 1991 and 1992. No ditch lights, lots of road names on the rolling stock and best of all, hardly a trace of any vandalism (graffiti).
