Recipe:
Bake at 200C for 18mins
1c softened butter
1c brown sugar (200g)
1/2c white sugar (100g)
2tsp vanilla
2tbsp cornstarch
2c all purpose flour (250g)
1tsp baking soda
2 eggs
* FOR BEST RESULT, let the cookie dough rest in the fridge or freezer overnight before baking
