Avocado Oil Mayonnaise

Corn Tortillas
1 1/2 c masa harina
1 1/4 c warm water
1/4 tsp salt
Portion into 2 tbsp per tortilla.
Salmon Rub
4 tbsp brown sugar
2 1/2 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper teaspoons fresh cracked
1 tsp dried thyme
Maple Sage Breakfast Sausage
1 lb ground pork
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp ground sage
2 tbsp pure maple syrup
Soft boiled eggs
Black Bean Soup
2 tbsp bacon grease or olive oil
1 chopped yellow onion
2 chopped carrots
1 chopped bell pepper
3 ribs celery chopped
4 cloves garlic minced
4 cans rinsed and drained black beans
4 c chicken broth (I used a mix of plain tomato sauce and chicken broth)
1 tbsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp dried oregano
Salt & pepper
GF Drop Biscuits
2/3 c oat flour
1/3 c almond flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 c milk
2 tbsp melted butter
1 egg
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp dried parsley
1/4 tsp paprika
These can also be made with 1 c oat flour, omitting the almond flour. Increase the milk to 1/3 c.
Drop onto a greased or parchment lined baking sheet or cast iron pan in 1/4 c portions. Bake at 425 12-15 mins.
