*Mapo Tofu Ingredients:
1 box of soft tofu
8 ounces of ground beef or pork (20% fat, 80% lean)
2 green onions
0.5 teaspoon of cornstarch
2 teaspoons of Pixian doubanjiang (spicy broad bean paste)
Cooking oil (as needed)
Salt (to taste)
0.5 teaspoon of soy sauce
