In this espisode I paid a surprise visit to my Grandma and cooked her a Vietnamese family-style meal. I made Tam Huu (3 friends with pork, shrimp and scallion), braised pork ribs with pineapple (Suon kho thom) and bamboo shoot soup with beef and betel leaf (canh mang thit bo).
