Hi guys and happy Wednesday. I recorded this one last week, and it was a chill, fun & productive Friday. I came across a very interesting bread recipe that I had to try out. It is a protein-rich, gluten free & grain-free bread that was very easy to make. I didn't have high hopes for the taste but it actually was super yummy. One of my best friends here in Copenhagen is moving back to Iceland and that got me to thinking about my friendships here in Copenhagen and I would love to hear if you guys have experienced something similar and how you reacted to it.
